Seeking VOLUNTEERS as Mock Interviewers and/or Mock Employers for Free VA Training Program

Hello Ministry Partners and Friends, I hope this message finds you well! After 11 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, I am thrilled to launch a FREE Virtual Assistant Training Program (entitled "From Zero to VA Hero: A Complete Training Program for Aspiring Virtual Assistants"to help aspiring VAs with zero experience build the skills, mindset, and confidence they need to thrive in the virtual workspace. To make this training as realistic and impactful as possible, I am seeking support from trusted business owners, freelancers, and professionals like you to become Mock Interviewers and/or Mock Employers for our trainees. Your involvement will bring true-to-life practice opportunities that will prepare our trainees for real-world VA work. Purpose of the ProgramThe program's mission is to equip beginners with essential hard and soft skills through hands-on practice.By incorporating Mock Interviewers and Mock Employers, trainees will develop their task management abilities, communication skills, and interview confidence — which are crucial for success in the VA industry. Role of a Mock InterviewerAs a Mock Interviewer, you will: Conduct a short 10–15 minute virtual interview with one or more trainees. Ask basic client-style questions (e.g., experience questions, scenario-based questions, skills assessment). Evaluate their interview skills — professionalism, confidence, communication, critical thinking. Give short, encouraging feedback on their performance (we will provide a sample evaluation form).Time Commitment:About 1–2 hours (flexible scheduling) Role of a Mock EmployerAs a Mock Employer, you will: Assign a simple, realistic task (examples: scheduling meetings, basic data entry, email drafting, social media post creation, etc.). Provide clear instructions, similar to working with an actual VA. Evaluate the trainee’s output based on accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. Offer brief, constructive feedback to help the trainee improve.Time Commitment:About 2–3 hours during the simulation week or month (flexible). Benefits for Mock Employers and Mock Interviewers Be part of building a new generation of skilled Virtual Assistants.
