Happy fall! I know you are all looking forward to a cool evenings and warm days. I really miss fall. It is my favorite time of the year in the Northern USA.

We are still in the rainy season here at Tarlac, it rains almost every afternoon. I really enjoy the rain, and it cools everything down from the heat of the day. Just last night at about 3:30 am there was a huge kaboom of thunder, and then it began to pour. At 5am when I got out of bed it was such a cool morning.
Just wanted to thank you all for praying for Jen and me, my health has been fully restored after 5 weeks of fighting off a sinus infection. I think it is my age and my bout with Covid that has slowed down my healing. I was able to go out jogging yesterday, plus as you will see in our pictures, I am walking again and preaching the gospel, healing the sick, no demons lately, but I am hopeful to expel some in the near future. Our tribe is continuing to grow spiritually and numerically. Remember Jen and I are volunteer pastors at TFBC there are about 3000-6000 people attending. One way to run the church and keep track of all those people, Bishop Frank set up 24 tribe couples to be pastors to all these people. When our tribe leader Pastor Vicky died May of 2021 we were voted in by the tribe to be their new pastors/leaders. I'll be honest we really did not want that job nor the responsibility. However, the Lord Jesus has other plans and He told us we will become pastors and lead this tribe. Right now, our tribe is about 150 people. I was able to have lunch with the lead youth pastor of our church, he stated that he has been watching our tribe when we have all church gatherings. Joshua's observation was that our tribe is pure, there is no phony, love nor friendships. We all care for one another and serve one another!! I was overjoyed by his comments...however broken hearted about my fellow believers where there is little love or genuineness. Something for you and me to pray about.
Daily Routine...
I tried to take pictures of all the people I talked to but at times I did not remember until I had walked away. We were told by our Lord Jesus we are the light of the world. and to let your light so shine before men that they see your GOOD WORKS and glorify your Father who is in heaven. I want to tell you two stories that made me just smile and smile. First you will see a security Guard, his name is Juan. A few weeks ago on a Tuesday afternoon Jen and I had stopped by a pharmacy to buy me some nasal spray. It is my custom to snap to attention (since I used to be in the Army) and salute these security guards. So as I saluted a young man his supervisor was walking by (Juan) he too stopped saluted me, and he came near me and said "I want to be like you a soldier of Jesus" Now I have never met Juan before, nor talked to him. I was stunned and said uhhh thank you. Jen and I then walked away. As I pondered what just happened, it occurred to me somehow the Holy Spirit showed Juan the light that is in me. I am thinking other guards had encountered me and must have spoken to Juan. I was overwhelmed with joy and encouragement. I said out loud Atta boy Jesus you did it!!! So a few days later I saw Juan again and I went up to him, thanked him for his kind words and showed him how he could be a born again soldier for Jesus. Welcome to the Kingdom my brother!! Just Last Sunday 21st of Aug. I was going to TFBC at 5:30 am since Jen and I help GRPW. Jen stays home and runs the tech from her pc, and I go and speak from a conference room when it is time for me to preach. Now in the front of our sub-division there are tricycle drivers Motorcycles with a sidecar. Who make a living at driving people. On that Sunday morning there were no drivers out front, so I started to walk toward the church. Dante was a driver who happened to drive by and asked if I needed a ride? I hopped into the trike and off we went. Once we arrived at the church. Dante said sir I broke my arm playing basketball it has not healed correctly and I am in great pain all the time. Again, I have never ever seen nor talked to this man before. I thought wow Lord i know this is You. I prayed two commanding prayers and Dante was healed. He exclaimed it is a MIRACLE!!! I laughed and responded, “yes it is because God loves you!” Would you like to meet the Lord God who just healed you? Dante replied yes!! Again, how did this man know that I walk in healing? Why would he say such a thing to me? My only answer is it is the Lord using my light to shine before men. See, the pic of the red and blue shirt man holding out his healed arm. The young man who is in the green shorts attends a TFBC satellite church and Philip saw me walking down the street. Philip asked me if I am a pastor from TFBC? I said yes, he said please help me I have a demon can you cast it out for me? I said sure. Philip wanted to go back to the church which was just down the street. I said no just pull over to the side of the road. In about 5 minutes Philp was demon free. (yes he is a believer) buy my book for an in depth explanation. As I continued to walk toward a park I came across this group of young ladies. I thought they were the group from last week but they were not. So, I preached the good news of great joy to them and they all gave their lives to the Lord and accepted His amazing gift of love and forgiveness. The young lady in the yellow and blue shirt gave me a free coconut drink since she did not have change for 1000 pesos (20.00 USD). The drink was only 20 pesos, about 25 cents. So, when I had found change, I went back and paid her 50 pesos {1.00 dollars} and then gave her the gospel. Yes she too is now a believer. The next pic the man in the red mask was begging on the side of the road. I stopped and gave him the gospel and then a gift of money. The man in the white shirt was waiting for his girlfriend so we had a talk about the Lord. all the people pic became born again. This is Rex who tried to give me a tricycle ride, but I was walking and preaching, so I just talked with him and gave him the gospel. This couple was standing near Rex when I gave Him the gospel and they wanted me to eat in their shop, but I was not hungry again gave the gospel. Jen and I hope these stories will encourage you to keep praying for the Philippines and help you shine your light wherever you go.
