Hello and Happy Hot New Year from the Philippines!

We are praying this will be the best year for you and all here in the Philippines, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially!

I would like to start off with great praise!

We have opened 5 more cell groups in Panampunan!  This is a direct answer to your prayers!

Signs, wonders and miracles...

Our Church Planting Team (CPM) was asked by one of our pastors in TFBC to go to a neighborhood across the street from Panampunan. There is a sick woman there who is being physically attacked by demons at night. They poke her, pull her hair, and terrorize her.  The house of Jean is just a stone throw from my own home but we are separated by an 8-foot concrete wall. So last week we went and cast the defeated demons out (Luke 10:19). We saw the women healed of two cancers, and gave the gospel to 9 family members. Two more of them were also healed of leg and back pain.

We are currently now going thru this new neighborhood, Healing the sick, giving salvation and praying to establish a beachhead into this dark area!  The CPM Team was invited to have a training weekend at a church in Capas to teach their youth on how to walk in signs, wonders, miracles (SWM). This too is a great answer to prayer, it appears after two and a half years we are now making inroads to the established church to be open and willing to believe in SWM it is awesome!  Pray for my Filipino teammates to be bold to teach and demonstrate what they walk in daily.  It is one thing to go out into the lost world and just bring the Love of Jesus to those in need, and a totally different world inside the church building with people who have been taught this does not happen anymore, and we only need the Bible.  They have also been taught if any SWM happens it is demonic and not from our Lord, just a few roadblocks we can overcome with your prayers.  (Colossians 4:3-4)

More Praises…

My whole family came down with the flu in the past two weeks.  Most everyone has now recovered, we called it the flu but it could have been Omicron, Delta or Megaton?  Thank God no one went to the hospital and it only lasted 2 or 3 days. There was a new outbreak of sickness so our church was shut down for one week, and all meetings, except the church service, is now on zoom.

and more praises…

Jen is now teaching School of Leaders (SOL) starting on the 29th of Jan, add this to our own 3 cell groups, and I have two more and hoping to add more. Plus, Jen works a 40-50 hour week job, cooks, cleans, is a mom, a daughter, a wife and a leader of a Tribe of 150 plus and adviser over the internet! Jen really, really needs your prayers!  I try to help as much as she will allow me too LOL. Oh Jen is also publishing this letter! And we are still trying to get “I walk in Miracles” published.

Church Planting Ministry

We have so many healings and salvations we will just give you photos it is a great joy to give hope and life to these precious people.

One great wonderful story

Last week Jen and I needed to drive to Angeles where the Philippine Immigration office is located.  Once a year all Foreigners are required by law to have a yearly check-up, to find out who has been naughty or nice.   Thanks to your prayers I have been super nice!  We do not have a car so a wonderful friend of ours Bheng who is married to an American Bob, offered to take us to our appointment at 2:30 pm. We are not allowed to just walk in, you need to schedule ahead of time. So, we headed out at 12:30 to take the 45 min drive to the immigration location.  We stopped for gas and to get air in the tires so now it is about 1pm no worries off we go.  As we approached the exit to the Immigration office Bheng just kept on driving down what we would call a toll interstate.  I calmly said I think you just missed our exit?  Bheng said no I have driven this before we get off at the next exit, after 20min of driving she realized we had missed our exit and turned around. At 2:15 pm I was dropped off at the front door and rushed in to make my appointment. Bheng and Jen went to find a parking spot. When I found the office there was a sign on the door saying it was closed due to corvid and fumigation was in process it would be days before the office was opened again.  I walked out into the mall since that is where the office is located.  I called Jen and told her what had happened and asked her and Bheng to find me so we could go and find something to eat.  Now, our Lord shows up with His perfect timing.  All the setbacks came to ahead as this 55-year-old Filipino came limping by me with severe arthritis in her legs! Her name is Christi and I asked her if she was in pain and why.  After asking for permission two commanding prayer later the vile evil sickness left her legs and with tears she thanked and thanked and thanked me.  I pointed her to our Savior and then gave her the wonderful gospel right then she turned her precious soul over to our Lord!!  At that point Jen and Bhang showed up and we decided to eat Subway for lunch.  After ordering our food I went into the restroom to wash my hands and met Edward who also was suffering leg pain.  One commanding prayer he too was healed.  Just stop and think of the timing of all of this to meet two people suffering in a mall 45 miles away from me, at the right time and place the Lord flows into them!!  This is why I am here and we need you to keep praying so more of these encounters will happen to us!

Our prayers requests are mostly in the letter but a few more please...

  1. Our finances need to be boosted :)

  2. Our goals for our tribe and cell groups are for all members to be growing in four areas that should be basic to any and all believers: (a) How to share the gospel with the lost; (b) How to heal the sick; (c) How to cast out demons, and (d) How to make disciples and to practice all four on a regular basis.

  3. That face-to-face meetings will be allowed soon.

  4. Fear from this sickness and the enemy would be crushed.
