Happy Thanksgiving from us in the Philippines to yours!

Hello I am glad you are reading this letter.  Jen and I are so thankful for your prayers and giving. We could not do what we do without both. :)

November 18, 2023 | A Thought To Ponder

Jen is at church this morning teaching at a two-day Encounter God Retreat (EGR).  I had the joy of dropping Jen off and then walking almost all the way home about 2 miles. In that walk home I was able to pray for so many people. I try to remember the exact count, but can’t. I know many were healed, 3-5 and many saved including 3 Muslims :)

As I ponder this morning, I think back to my childhood days, my dad loved the Green Bay packers. Every Sunday, in the fall, we would watch the Packers on our 3 channel TV, I would watch until half time and then I would be so excited to go out and play football with my two brothers. I could not stand just to sit and watch another quarter I had to go out...I feel that is me as I walk thru this world, I am so tired of learning about the Lord, God the Father or Holy Spirit. I have heard so many sermons, teachings, and conferences. I desire to go out and practice what I have been taught and learned.

In John Wimber's book, "Power Evangelism", he was telling his testimony about attending a friend’s church where he and his wife were born again. After a few months he asked the pastor when do we go out to do what you are preaching?  I think the pastor responded, ‘we don't really go out, we just learn what the bible teaches’.  I had this thought most believers (Christians) want to live and be like Jesus! However, they only desire to live like Jesus for the first 30 years of Jesus's life.  A close family, family business, loved by the community, had a home, went to the Temple on special occasions (conferences) attend the synagogue weekly, knew the Word of God, had a very wonderful and simple no problem life. However, that all changed when the Holy Spirit said leave all this go down to the Jordon and see your cousin John the Baptist. Jesus obeyed, then He went into the river in obedience and was baptized, then filled with the Holy Spirit on the inside. After obeying, He was led by the Spirit into a desert to face Satan. After that Jesus lived a life of risk, obedience, was rejected by all. Yes all! Home town people, family, disciples and friends, the expert, religious leaders, was called a drunkard friend of sinners, has demons, associated with prostitutes…never ending for 3 and half years! Yet to this day He is changing the world we live in.  Paul said in 2 Corinthians 11:23 “beaten beyond number...” Paul lost count of how many times He was punched in the mouth, nose, kicked, hit but he never stopped!!! To be honest, I do not know if I could do what Paul did. I know Jen would tell me to not go out again... So, that is why I ask you to pray for us. In Ephesians 6, Paul asks twice to pray for boldness and for the right words to say so that this great loving gospel would be proclaimed to the Philippines, and world. Is the good news in your life really, really, good news? Or is it whatever?  It is so very easy to ask someone, anyone ‘how are you doing?’, ‘May I pray for you?’. You don't even have to pray then just say I'll pray for you in my private home.

November 12, 2023 | Baguio City Mission

Jen and I officially stepped down from leadership at TFBC, we were prayed for and blessed by Bishop Frank.  So last week (November 12, 2023) Jen and I were invited to speak in Baguio City church pastored by Rebecca Walker, a close friend of Jen. Rebecca had told her church that Jen and I walk in healing, prophetic and miracles. This church has never seen nor heard these things so I was very nervous. I can be a bull in a China shop, God has told me over and over again I am a steel plow to people's lives and hearts, a wrecking ball against walls, and a very high diving board over a pool of water. God also told me that He will touch 1000's upon 1000's upon 1000's of people's lives and help them enter into their destiny. So, I was given 45 min to speak. I told the 50 plus people I would tell them the truth, show them the truth and then 1 Corinthians 2:3-5 demonstrate the truth through the power of God. So, when I had preached for 30 minutes, I asked people who had physical pain in their bodies to stand. Maybe 10 people stood up. Two ladies off to my right in the second row stood one was named Esther? the other Lily? I asked Esther to come forward and verify she could feel the pain in her back, she said yes. I asked her to hold on to my shirt, I then went back to preaching LOL doing two things at one time. :) After about a minute I stopped preaching and asked Esther to check her back…YES all the pain had left. I then asked Lily to come forward and hold on to Esther’s shirt. as I walked away and continued to preach. In about another minute I asked Lily how her neck felt? ALL the pain had left. I then asked the congregation did I pray? Did Esther or Lily pray? No! Now, how were they healed? Thru faith and obedience. Faith works thru love. I then said now you can go out into the world and just ask people to hold your shirt and God will heal them. After that many more healings and power was shown to these unbelieving believers (I think they are now open to believing and risking their faith). It was wonderful!

Relationship with the Father, Friendship with Jesus and Holy Spirit...

I am amazed there are people who read this letter and do not know our Lord nor attend a church. I am humbled by your love and friendship to Jen and I.I would love to appeal to you again...  1 Corinthians 5:21 tells us the wonderful gospel for you and me! Jesus, who knew no sin became all of my sin and yours - past, present and future sin - so that He (Jesus) might give us freely His righteousness making us Holy before the Father and born-again children. and we come back into a right standing and relationship with the Father, just like Adam and Eve before the fall of man.  So, if you would like this free gift, it is like playing monopoly you have to start at go to play the game. We cannot be holy on our own good enough on our own or religious enough we can only say out loud, “Lord Jesus I except your offer to become my sin and take it away, in exchange I will receive your righteousness, holiness and become a child of God bringing me back to the Father, Maker of heaven and earth.  Amen”. Ok, now do I have to be religious? Oh no, never. Do I have to pray? No. Do I have to read the Bible? No. Do I have to go to a church? No. BUT… let me ask you a question, “do you love your spouse?” Yes! Has your love grown and changed over time as you have grown closer?  Do you have to spend time with your spouse? Do you have to talk to your spouse?  A living and honest relationship of a born-again person is like that. You will want to talk with God and Jesus (prayer), you will want to know them better (and the Holy Spirit), you will find that in His bible in fact as you read the bible it is Jesus who you are reading for, He is the living word.  Do I have to do good? No. You will want to become more loving and goodness will just happen.Do I have to go to church? No. But you will want to see how other people live with God and worship Him.NOW… remember these people will not be perfect, but most are willing to grow. If you have just now prayed and want to know more about our Lord, please email me or pm on messenger...love you all praying for you.

Man Healed of Arthritis

This is our good friend, Aaron, he was our tricycle service. He had some health issues wherein his foot was so swollen then last month he was rushed to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) because of stroke. We always pray for him and upon learning about what happened to him, he is always in our prayers. He was unconscious at the ICU for a week, then he woke up!

He woke up after a week of being unconscious
