Happy October from sunny Philippines!

Rebuilding of the Home...
Jen and I want to give a big “THANK YOU” for all your prayers and giving to rebuild Angie and Edwards home since the Typhoon on September 25 that crushed half of their home. See the pictures below that shows the progress and how we have rebuilt two walls that had suffered damage and replaced all of the old roofing. It is really amazing what 2,000 USD can do here in the Philippines. I know Angie and Edward are two of the poorest people in our church. They said to tell you “THANK YOU SO MUCH”. In fact, I think the home is now bigger and better because of the storm and the response of believers here in the Philippines and in America. Sounds like how the Holy Spirit moves in Romans chapter 8. I love verse 28 God works all things together for good. All things meant the good, bad, ugly, and setbacks to cause us to become more like the Image of Jesus. Humm sounds like the gospel to me. :)

No news from our request for a visiting visa for Jen, but we are hopeful God will open doors.
The "Keeper" by Philippine National Police (PNP)
Last week I walked over to the PNP Headquarters and inquired about my duties as a "keeper" but they said nothing has come back from the main Headquarters so I was told to wait until they contact me.

A bit of a Get-away...
Jen and I were able to get away for one day and visit a farm with a fishing pond and swimming pool. See photos below. I think it has been 3 years since I went fishing. The farm is owned by some Christian friends of ours. We had a refreshing day of relaxing, swimming, fishing and good fellowship.

My Daily Walk...
I continue to walk three or four days a week, meeting new people and sharing the gospel, however I am always forgetting to take pictures. :( Sorry however down below you will see pics of people.

Our prayers and thanksgiving!
Our praise for the growth of our tribe and the rebuilding for Angie and Edward's home.Prayer requests for wisdom on when and where to share the gospel.
